What the site is for

The site lists drivers who take man and van jobs in and around Coventry, gives general guidance about moving in the city, and lets you book a driver through the form on the booking page.

Bookings

A booking made in the form is covered by the booking terms shown in the form when you book, and those take priority over anything on these pages. In short: you ask for a job, a deposit is held on your card, and the job is confirmed when a driver accepts it. You pay the driver the balance when the job is finished.

The drivers

The drivers are independent and do the work themselves, in their own vans. The descriptions of each driver on this site come from what they have told us about their vans, area and services. They can change, and what the booking form shows on the day is the current position.

The guides

The help pages are general guidance written in good faith. Council fees, parking rules and university dates were checked on the date shown on each page and can change without notice, so check the official page linked from each guide before you rely on a figure. Nothing on the site is legal advice.

We link to council and university pages that we used as sources. We are not responsible for what those sites say or do.

Using the site properly

Please don't copy the site's text or photos for your own use, try to break or overload it, or use the booking form to send anything false. Photos of drivers and jobs are for this site only.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that the law says can't be limited. Apart from that, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on the general information on these pages.
